X-Ray Anatomical Skull Shower Curtain
I freaking LOVE this X-Ray Anatomical Skull Shower Curtain from shopplasticland.com. It's only $22.00 and although I already have a skull shower curtain, it never hurts to have a back up.

Chalkboard Skulls
I never meant to take a three month hiatus from Skulls & Bacon. Not sure what happened other than, well, let's just say I was hibernating. Spring is a few days away so it's about time I crawl out of my cave to let the funk of these last few months disappate.
Of course, there was a skull object that has brought me back and made me think, goddamn, I need to post this.
I am in love with these Chalkboard Skulls by iamhome, on Etsy.

They come in all different, awesome colors and are handmade, $46.00 each and even come with a piece of chalk.
I promise I'll be back, I've just received some Wild Bill’s Bacon Jerky in the mail and I'm gonna munch on that a bit and be back soon with a review!

My New Sugar Skull Shower Curtain
I finally had to replace my Jeremy Fish bunny skull shower curtain. As much as I loved it, plastic shower curtains only last so long. I was super happy when I found this sugar skull shower curtain at HowCool.com. I was only $19.14 and it's nice quality too. Looks awesome in my bathroom!

And here it is in my bathroom, next to my sparkly skull soap dispenser, which I bought for full price at Bath & Body Works but you can get on clearance right now for only $3. Move fast though!

Staying in the sugar skull theme, they also have these fancy pillows:
Die-Cut Sugar Skull Pillow - $14.74
Sugar Skull Muerte Pillow - $10.58
I'm about maxed out with the amount of skulls I can decorate my bathroom with. I've got the shower curtain, hand towels, bath rug and soap dispenser. About the only thing I don't have in there is a skull toilet seat but I'm thinking that might be overdoing it?

Bacon Rug!
I know it's hard to believe, but after four years of bacon blogging, I've finally found a bacon rug! You know I put my order in the minute I saw it. Hand-hooked, polyester and acrylic with cotton backing. For indoor use. 52"L x 15"W.

If you need me, I'll be sitting outside by my mailbox waiting for my new bacon rug to arrive.

More Skulls Than You Can Shake A Fist At
It's been way too long since I've been able to get a post up and the skulls have been piling up. I'm completely out of money to buy more skull things yet I can't pass them up. I'm thinking of selling a kidney or something to scrape up some dough.
Grandin Road has the swankiest Halloween Skulls. The skull window panel is to die for and the skull tablecloth and pillows are fabulous.
Damask Skull Window Panel - $22.00
Close Up:

Skulls @ Target - Halloween 2010
Man, I have been trying to get this post up all week but I am in serious skull shopping overload and now completely broke. Went to my local Target on Sunday and picked up TONS of new stuff. The shelves were a little bare so I'm not sure if they were ransacked before I got there or if they were still putting stuff out. One things for sure, Target's halloween stuff is going quick. Quite a few of the items I wanted to post for you guys are already out of stock online.
This skull candy dish is my pick of the year from Target but it's only sold online. Fortunately, they have a great free shipping offer on a lot of the halloween items right now if you spend $50.00.
Boston Warehouse Bone Collector Footed Candy Dish - $19.99
Halloween Skeleton Piggy Bank - $9.99
Multi Skull Melamine Dinner Plate (Set of 6) - $11.99
This is my 3rd skull cookie jar and they have another one in silver that's only sold online.
Earthenware Skull Cookie Jar - $19.99
This skull platter is online only too.
Skull Earthenware Serving Platter - $14.99
Ceramic Skull Salt and Pepper Shakers - $4.99
Skull Serving Tray - $4.99
Once I'm able to I'll post a pic of my skull windfall from Target. Some of the stuff I found, like the most awesome black on black skull tablecloth ever, aren't even on the website at all!

Sur La Table Skulls
Sur La Table has a few really cool, unique skull items that I've got my panties in a bunch over.
You have no idea how excited I am over this black Skull Dish Brush with rhinestone eyes. Seems silly, right? But seriously, finding this just made my day. I'm buying two - one to use and one to keep all pretty like. Yes, a dish brush. I know, I know...
Bone Collector Skull Kitchen Brush - $7.00
Skull-and-Crossbones Spatula - $8.95
Skull Grip Potholders (Set of Two) - $9.95
Silver Skull Timer - $12.00
All of these items are a worthy addition to my already skull-crowded kitchen.

Ceramic Bacon Platter
New from my heroes, Archie McPhee, is this fan-f'ing-tastic ceramic bacon platter. It looks like bacon and holds your bacon! This 10 1/4"x6" platter has slighly sloping sides to keep all the bacon grease in check.

I'm sure you can't count how many times I''ve said that I want or need something that I've posted, but this time I'm deadly serious. I'm breaking out the credit card RIGHT NOW.

Bacon Table Lamp
Wandering around Etsy.com today, I ran across this amazing Bacon Lamp ($35.00). Made of archival ink and paper, the bacon looks great in the daylight but this lamp really comes to life with it's bacony glow.

The only other bacon lamp I've seen was made out of real bacon and, well, while that's cool, it's not very practical, is it?
The artist, Monica (czechpub on Etsy), also has a really great Skeleton Lamp for sale.
Check out her other lamps and she takes custom orders as well; the possibilities are titillating!
